Training on "Organizational communication"
AEPADO organized the 8th JUMIGG training in the period 17-18 December 2011 on the issue of“Organizational communication and tools used in the PR activity”.
The addressed themes were the following:
1) Written communication in the organizational context: features, elements, levels of communication.
2) Verbal communication (interpersonal communication and self-image, barriers in verbal communication, improving communication strategies, attending an interview) non-verbal and para-verbal communication (vocal voice volume, tonality, rhythm, articulation of words).
3) Tools used in the PR activity (press release, news release, news map, profile, speech organization): how to write them, structure, rules, forms, tips & tricks.
4) E.S.P.E.R.E. communication method: about Jacques Salomé, objectives, SAPPE system, tools and advantages of the E.S.P.E.R.E. method
